Farm & Equipment Welding
Buckets, loader arms, attachments and implements repaired where the machine is, so you're not hauling it in and losing days.
What a mobile welder can fix
- Cracked buckets, side plates and cutting edges
- Loader arms and attachment mounts
- Skid-steer quick-attach plates
- 3-point hitch parts and drawbars
- Implement and equipment frames
- Stock trailers, gates and pens
Before you call
- Make and model of the machine or implement
- Photos of the crack or break
- Where it is, and whether a truck can get there (wet fields can stop a service truck)
- Whether it's still running or has to be worked on where it stopped
Before the welder arrives, park on level ground, lower attachments to the ground and shut the machine off. Clean off grease and mud around the break if you can. Cast iron parts are hard to weld and are looked at case by case.
Questions
Common questions
Q.01Can you weld in the field?
That's the point of a mobile welder. Access matters, so say how far the machine is from a road or drive.
Q.02Do you do hard-facing or rebuilds?
Ask when you call. The welder will say what they can do on site and what's better done in a shop.
Q.03How much will it cost?
Pricing is set by the welder for each job. Requests are free.
