What we collect when you call, text or send a request, and how we use it.
Effective November 3, 2026
Who we are
STL Mobile Welding (stlmobilewelding.com) is operated by Thurr Solutions LLC, 9406 Wilson Bridge Dr, St. Louis, MO 63136. It's a free referral service, not a welding company: we pass requests to independent local welders.
What we collect
When you send the request form, we collect what you enter (name, phone, ZIP or area, job type, urgency, job description and photo note), whether you chose to get text messages, plus your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views and basic browser and device information without cookies. When you call or text our number, we receive your phone number and call or message details such as the time, length and content.
How we use it
To pass your request to an independent local welder (currently our partner welder, Deron Horton of Sparks the Craftsman LLC) so they can contact you about your job, to follow up on how the referral went, and, if you opted in, to send the texts described in our SMS terms.
Sharing
We share your request with the welder we refer you to and with the service providers that run this site, our email and our phone and text line. We do not sell your information.
Text messaging
If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number only to send STL Mobile Welding messages about your request, job check-ins and review/referral requests. Msg frequency varies (up to 6/month); msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Text opt-in data is excluded from the information we share with partner welders. See our SMS terms.
How long we keep it
We keep requests to manage referrals and follow up on them, and we keep a record of text opt-ins and opt-outs so we can honor them.
Your choices
To ask us to delete your request, or with any privacy question, email therrance@thurrsolutions.com, or call (314) 549-7770.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
STL Mobile Welding is an independent referral service, not a welding company. We connect people in the St. Louis area with independent local mobile welders. Welders set their own prices and are responsible for their own work.
