Program

Program name: STL Mobile Welding text updates. The program is run by Thurr Solutions LLC (9406 Wilson Bridge Dr, St. Louis, MO 63136), which operates STL Mobile Welding, a free referral service that passes welding requests to independent local welders. Texts come from (314) 417-7220.

How you opt in

You only get texts if you tick the optional box on our request form: “Yes, text me about my request. I agree to receive text messages from STL Mobile Welding at the number I provided, including request confirmations, job check-ins, and review and referral requests. Msg frequency varies, up to 6 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.” The box is unticked by default. Consent is not a condition of service: you can send a request and get a quote without it.

What we send

• A confirmation that we got your request, saying a local welder will reach out.
• A check-in a few days after your job, asking if everything went well.
• A request for an honest review of the welder who did your job, and a note that you can send someone who needs a welder to our site. We never offer anything in exchange for a review.

We only text between 9 AM and 7 PM Central time. If you reply to a text, our automatic texts to you stop and a person reads your reply.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, up to 6 msgs/month (usually 1 to 3 texts per request). Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work). We'll send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and you won't get more texts from this number. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP (or INFO) for help, or contact us at therrance@thurrsolutions.com or (314) 549-7770.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Texts come only from STL Mobile Welding; text opt-in data is excluded from the information we share with partner welders. See our privacy policy and terms of use.

STL Mobile Welding is an independent referral service, not a welding company. We connect people in the St. Louis area with independent local mobile welders. Welders set their own prices and are responsible for their own work.
